operated by Krisan Enterprises, LLC dba International Minute Press.
Please review the following notices, terms and conditions concerning your use of the Web Site.
By accessing, using, uploading or downloading any materials to or from the Web Site, you agree to
follow and be bound by these notices, terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with
these Terms, please do not use this Web Site.
Change of Terms
PhoenixPrintShop reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any
time and these changes or additions become effective immediately when they
become available on PhoenixPrintShop.com. PhoenixPrintShop does not assume the
obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. You are
responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for any changes and continued
use of this site constitutes your consent to these changes.

the responsibility of checking the content of its client's submitted materials for copyright

accept any responsibility for the contents or use of these third party web sites. PhoenixPrintShop
is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply
endorsement by PhoenixPrintShop of the linked web site. It is your responsibility to take precautions to
ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of viruses or other items of a
destructive nature.
Submissions
Except where expressly provided otherwise by PhoenixPrintShop, all
comments, feedback, information or materials submitted to PhoenixPrintShop
through or in association with this Web Site (”Submissions”) shall be considered
non-confidential and PhoenixPrintShop property. PhoenixPrintShop shall be free to use
and/or disseminate such Submissions on an unrestricted basis for any purpose.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the Submissions that you provide,
and that you, not PhoenixPrintShop, have full responsibility for the
Submissions, including their legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality
and copyright.
Artwork or Graphics
All files must be submitted in CMYK format, except for 1 and 2 color letterhead and envelopes.
Any files not in CMYK may color shift when processed. A minimum resolution of 400 dpi is required
for all raster art and images. Artwork of a lesser resolution may not print as sharp and clean as
desired. We strongly suggest that all items except for background images, be at least 1/8" from the
trim line. Items falling closer to the trim line may be cut off. This is your responsibility as the
designer to address these issues when creating your art file. If you choose to PROCEED AS IS you
assume full responsibility for printing outcomes. If customer supplied artwork requires technical
or design re-work, charges will apply at the rate of $80 per hour with 1/2 hour minimum.
Changes
If a Change is made to an existing order that results in a credit, a Fee will be charged in the
amount of 10% of total credit amount to cover transaction costs related to this credit.
Order Cancellation
If the order is cancelled, a fee will be charged to cover the work already provided
plus a processing fee. If work has not begun, the cancellation fee will be 10% or
$25.00 which ever is greater.
Returns and Refunds
Customer orders have no re-sale value. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the error is verifiably
due to PhoenixPrintShop, we will re-print the order at our cost. Any defect/s discovered in your
shipment must be reported to PhoenixPrintShop within 10 days of your order's receipt. To qualify
for a free replacement order, you must return your entire product (at your own expense) within 15
days from the time the product was delivered. All Charges related to expedited orders
(rush printing or shipping) are non refundable. Any credit due will be processed
within 4 to 6
weeks. If a change is made to an existing order that results in a credit, a processing fee equal
to 10% of total credit amount will be charged to cover transaction costs related to this credit.

This Web Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
PhoenixPrintShop may make improvements and/or changes in the products,
services, programs, and prices described in this Web Site at any time without
notice. PhoenixPrintShop may periodically make changes to the Web Site. Any
action related to these Terms will be governed by Arizona law and controlling
U.S. federal law. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply. These
Terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Web Site and
prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional,
communications. PhoenixPrintShop has the right to revise these Terms at any
time without notice by updating this posting. Any rights not expressly granted
herein are reserved by PhoenixPrintShop.
Registered Accounts
Protection of passwords and controlling account access is your responsibility.
PhoenixPrintShop will not be held responsible for any password or access problems. Furthermore,
all orders, actions, etc., placed through your registered account are your responsibility and not
the responsibility of PhoenixPrintShop.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE BY PHOENIXPRINTSHOP,
THE MATERIALS ON THE WEB SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND PHOENIXPRINTSHOP HEREBY DISCLAIMS
ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES.
GUARANTIES, AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE
